NHS England is looking for a tech supplier to provide it with a 360-degree feedback platform.

The health service’s NHS Shared Business Services arm has issued a contract notice looking for suppliers to submit bids for the provision of a 360-degree feedback tool for use across NHS England’s operations. The process of evaluating staff via a 360-degree feedback assessment – in which appraisals are provided by not just an employee’s manager, but also their peers and those they manage, as well as, in some cases, external parties with whom they work – has gained some popularity across the corporate world in recent years.

Potential suppliers of such a platform have two weeks to submit their bids to NHS Shared Business Services. Information on the length and value of the potential contract to be awarded was not given.
