Description: “Soft Market Test” ahead of potentially undertaking a future procurement for suitable economic operators to provide a choice based lettings (CLB) interactive website service on behalf of HEHOC (Herts and Essex Housing Options Consortium), a consortium of local authorities including Brentwood Borough Council, Broxbourne Borough Council, Chelmsford City Council, East Herts District Council, Epping Forest District Council and Uttlesford District Council.
