Agilisys has won a £23m contract to supply Kent County Council with digital services and a contact centre for the next six years.
Kent will use the firm to improve digital access for residents. The council’s Conservative leader Peter Carter said the council’s priority was to offer an “enhanced experience” for those trying to use services or contact the council.
“In Agilisys, we have found a partner that can help us to take the next step in transforming the way customers interact with us across all channels, building on the high quality services that staff already deliver,” he added.
“As a result we will also be able to identify even greater savings through improved processes, giving the taxpayers better value for money.”
