Mid Sussex implements Arcus transformation project

Mid Sussex District Council has successfully implemented an Arcus Global solution to implement Salesforce as a Platform for Government to replace its legacy applications.

The council says the move, which follow soft market testing, has been made in an attempt to drive transformation and speed up the roll-out of digital services.

The deal will see the replacement of existing customer relationship management and waste management solutions in parallel.

Simon Hughes, Head of Digital at the council, said: “As a council we understand how investment in the right technology can improve the services we provide while increasing efficiency across the organisation.”
