WATCH: Lessons learned during agile delivery – address accessibility upfront and avoid technical debt

Following the design and launch of a new service for the registration of drones, delivery partner BJSS passes on some advice for others embarking on agile projects

When new legislation required the Civil Aviation Authority needed to develop an entirely new service for the registration of drones, the organisation turned to agile delivery methods and principles.

The model was something of a new direction for the regulator, and it was supported on the journey by partner BJSS. In this short clip, delivery manager Nilesh Shah discusses some of the major lessons learned during the project, and what advice he would give to others embarking on agile development programmes.
