Shared Services Analyst Overview: K2 Advisory

In a recent study published by K2 Advisory - Shared Service Centres: The CIO’s role in scoping, supporting and managing them - a key finding was that most public sector bodies appear to be planning a tower by tower approach to Shared Services rather than looking to develop multi-process Shared Service Centres.
The findings are based on feedback from 106 senior managers and directors in the public sector.
