Managers are being urged to do more for the health and wellbeing of their employees who are working extra hours on their commutes and at home - and often on their smartphones or tablets.
About two-thirds (64%) of a sample of 2,010 office workers polled for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) said they continued working on smartphones and other devices after they left the office, and spent an average of two hours 18 minutes beyond their regular work-day doing so.
