Norway’s Posten (Post Office) has selected StepStone E-recruitment solution to underpin, manage and enable a professional recruitment process across the business.

Implementing an e-recruitment solution will enable Posten, which employs around 25,000 people, to attract and filter qualified candidates, dramatically reducing the HR department’s administrative workload. The resulting resource savings will enable an increased focus on key tasks that support Posten’s business strategy and continuing business growth.

StepStone’s software will enable Posten to work more efficiently in its recruitment processes and empower it to establish a more targeted and professional communication with candidates, which will in turn strengthen Posten’s internal and external employer brand.
