Using the 'Highlighted jobs' package to get top-billing
visibility
Client jobs are run as 'Highlighted Job Vacancy
adverts, for maximised response from both passive and active job candidates.
It's a display advertising approach which works well & delivers senior candidates.
Each job vacancy advert includes: The job details
(up to 700 words),
recruiter and/or recruitment company logo/picture or a banner advert in the body of the article
(if requested), a promo for
the recruiter in text form at the footer of the advert (which can be a pitch to attract
assignments or candidates to join a talent pool).
Duration: The job stays live from time of booking
until closing date.
These 'Highlighted jobs' adverts are promoted in context of
relevant news coverage:
> Published into relevant contextual content zones on PublicTechnology.net - eg a local government job
ad is published into the local government news zone and seen by readers in context.
> Also published into the 'Highlighted jobs' content zone.
> Published into the following day's daily email alert which goes out to our subscribers.
> Published on a number of government sites to which we syndicate our content
to (a 'killer feature').
On-site promotion campaign for each job advert (see example, right). FREE as part of the job package. > The package includes a right-hand-column campaign which will run until
the closing date (on a proportion of web pages served, depending on how many highlighted
vacancies are currently live), driving jobseekers to the advert.
